Now, I can't get him OFF the bike! He loves the physicality of it but it's the group that makes him want to go back *pats self on back!* This last Sunday he insisted he ride before work even though it would make him late. Sometimes it's easier to just concede than be the voice of reason. He came back on an endorphin high..full of energy and accomplishment. He rode over 40 miles in a group of about 30 - 40 people and did alot of "pulling." That's when you take the lead and because of the aerodynamics, it creates a vacuum and those closely behind you don't have to work so hard because you're literally pulling them. They love Lee to pull because of the his girth but it's very hard work for him.
